Position Overview
James Steward is the Marketing Supervisor at CORPIUS, leading the execution of all marketing initiatives and brand growth activities. Working directly under the CMO, James is the operational engine of the marketing department — translating high-level strategy into campaigns, content, and channel activations that generate measurable results.
His role is the critical bridge between strategic direction and daily execution. James manages the content calendar, supervises campaign performance, coordinates the editorial team, and ensures that every marketing touchpoint — from a blog article to a paid ad — aligns with CORPIUS brand standards and growth objectives. He brings a data-driven, systematic approach that ensures marketing resources are deployed for maximum impact.
Core Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all active channels
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns — targeting, budgets, creative, reporting
- Set up, monitor, and analyze email marketing campaigns and automation sequences
- Conduct A/B testing across landing pages, ads, and email subject lines
- Track and report on campaign KPIs: CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, CPL
Content & Editorial Supervision
- Manage the CORPIUS editorial content calendar and publication schedule
- Coordinate writers and ensure all content meets brand standards and SEO requirements
- Review and approve blog articles, social media posts, and marketing copy
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all published content and channels
- Oversee SEO content strategy: keyword research, on-page optimization, interlinking
Social Media & Community
- Manage and grow CORPIUS social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram)
- Develop and execute social media content plans and posting schedules
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments, and build community
- Track social media analytics and report on follower growth, reach, and engagement
