Position Overview
Adi Fishman is the Co-founder and operational backbone of CORPIUS. In his dual role as COO and CMO, Adi is responsible for two of the most critical business functions: ensuring the company runs efficiently day-to-day, and ensuring the brand communicates its value effectively to the market. He bridges the gap between internal execution and external positioning.
As COO, Adi oversees all operational workflows, vendor management, team coordination, and process optimization. As CMO, he leads marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand development — building CORPIUS into a recognized authority in U.S. business formation services. His ability to simultaneously manage operational rigor and creative brand building is a key competitive advantage for CORPIUS.
Core Responsibilities
Operations (COO)
- Oversee and optimize all internal business processes and operational workflows
- Manage vendor relationships, service provider contracts, and SLA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: development, design, content, support
- Build and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all departments
- Manage customer support operations and service delivery quality
- Oversee compliance tracking and corporate governance documentation
- Monitor operational KPIs and report performance metrics to CEO
Marketing & Brand (CMO)
- Develop and execute the full marketing strategy for CORPIUS platform growth
- Manage brand identity, tone of voice, and visual consistency across all channels
- Lead paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and organic growth
- Oversee content calendar, publication schedule, and editorial team coordination
- Manage social media presence and community engagement strategy
- Build and optimize email marketing campaigns and lead nurture sequences
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and audience segmentation
