Position Overview
Volodymyr Melnyk is the Chief Product Officer and Lead Designer at CORPIUS, responsible for the complete product vision, user experience architecture, and visual design language of the platform. He is the person who decides how CORPIUS looks, feels, and functions — ensuring that every interaction a user has with the platform is intuitive, professional, and conversion-optimized.
Volodymyr operates at the intersection of business strategy, design thinking, and technical implementation. He translates complex service workflows into clean, elegant user journeys, and builds design systems that scale consistently across all platform pages and components. His work directly impacts client trust, conversion rates, and long-term brand equity.
Core Responsibilities
Product Leadership (CPO)
- Define and own the CORPIUS product roadmap and feature prioritization
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive product analysis
- Translate business requirements into product specifications and design briefs
- Manage the full product development lifecycle from concept to deployment
- Collaborate with CTO on technical feasibility and implementation priorities
- Define product metrics: conversion rates, engagement, retention, NPS
UX Design
- Design complete user journeys for all CORPIUS services (formation, tax, portal)
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flow diagrams
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on behavioral data
- Design mobile-first responsive layouts for all platform pages
- Optimize checkout flows, form designs, and conversion-critical paths
Visual & UI Design
- Own and maintain the CORPIUS design system and component library
- Create high-fidelity UI designs in Figma for all platform screens
- Design landing pages, service pages, pricing tables, and dashboard interfaces
- Ensure visual brand consistency across web, mobile, email, and social
- Design icons, illustrations, and micro-interactions for enhanced UX
